We pay attention to the products sold at the OHSU Farmers Market to ensure the health of our customers and the planet:

• All meat raised without added antibiotics/hormones

• No high-fructose corn syrup containing beverages
• All compostable food service ware
• All of our prepared foods, bakery and value-added vendors use some local and sustainably grown ingredients in their recipes
